When we have finished preparing the dough, we add the apples, which in the meantime we have peeled, the stalks, after which we cut them into cubes or scraped them. Heat the pan well, pour more oil and with a spoon take the composition and fry. Fry on both sides until crispy. The ones in which I used the diced apples came out a little thicker, while the pancakes with grated apples were thinner
When they are ready, we place them on a napkin to drain the excess oil. And after cooling a little, serve powdered with sugar.
